Go Green By Using Promotional USB Drives

How much junk mail do you get every week?  Every month?  Consider how much you get in a year and you may be devastated when you realize how many trees were cut down for you to receive it.  It’s outstanding.  If your company is interested in saving money and saving the environment, it may be time to go green by using promotional USB drives in your company.

Promotional USB drives can be used by your business in many ways.  Many companies are now using them instead of a printed catalog.  All you have to do is upload your company catalog on the device and your customers will be able to view it very quickly for easy ordering.  You can also upload all your company information on the drive.  Instead of printing out packets of information for board meetings and such, you can simply give everyone a flash drive.  It makes things much easier and you will be giving everyone something they can use again.

The flash drive itself is a great item for anyone.  Individuals often use them when they are working to transfer information from their work computer to their home computer.  It definitely makes working at home much easier.  Others prefer to upload them with their favorite music and then they can listen to it whenever they want, no matter what computer they on.

Your business can also use the drive in various marketing strategies.  They can be used in a referral program or given away to members who may be interested in your business, but need more information to make the decision.  As your company name and logo will be on the outside of the device, whenever someone uses it, your business will be the name in front of them and anyone around them.

If you want your business to start being more concerned about the environment, consider using the promotional USB drives in your business.  Not only will you find they are more environmentally friendly, you may just find it is a great way to generate more sales.
